Processing Times
We aim to process all orders within two working days. Larger orders may take longer to process due to the size and weight of the deliveries.
Delivery Times
Deliveries will be made between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday – Friday.
Once your order is processed, we aim to offer next-day delivery. Some deliveries may experience a delay outside of our control.
Please note: If you're unavailable to receive your delivery on your selected day, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
Ordering trims? Trims may arrive as a separate delivery, not a pallet, to ensure they are delivered safely and securely.

Meet the Jackoboard Aqua Flat Centre drain, your go-to solution for level access on suspended timber floors. Made from 20mm thick extruded polystyrene foam, this board is not only water-repellent but also features a special coating on both sides, allowing you to lay tiles directly on top. With excellent thermal insulation, high compressive strength, and a cleverly incorporated fall for drainage in the centre, it's the perfect blend of functionality and ease.
