Processing Times

Once your order is processed, we aim to offer next-day delivery. Some deliveries may experience a delay outside of our control.
Please note: If you're unavailable to receive your delivery on your selected day, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
Ordering trims? Trims may arrive as a separate delivery, not a pallet, to ensure they are delivered safely and securely.
Due to some distances from our main warehouse, some areas in Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge. This will be calculated at the checkout, and delivery can take between 3-5 working days.

Care and Maintenance>Our Crystalline Glaze must be sealed, we’d recommend LTP Crackle Glaze Protector. Your sealant should be applied both before and after you grout your tiles. >When it comes to cleaning your Crystalline Glaze tiles, please use LTP Stonewash. Do not use an acidic household cleaner which may damage your beautiful tiles. >Ensure you fully seal all tiles, following our downloadable care & maintenance guide, especially if the intended use is within a shower area.
