Processing Times
We aim to process all orders within two working days. Larger orders may take longer to process due to the size and weight of the deliveries.
Delivery Times
Deliveries will be made between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday – Friday.
Once your order is processed, we aim to offer next-day delivery. Some deliveries may experience a delay outside of our control.
Please note: If you're unavailable to receive your delivery on your selected day, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
Ordering trims? Trims may arrive as a separate delivery, not a pallet, to ensure they are delivered safely and securely.
Due to some distances from our main warehouse, some areas in Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge. This will be calculated at the checkout, and delivery can take between 3-5 working days.
